Is That A Dude?

So I saw Paris and Nicole Hilton last night. They were just sittin' at a restaurant in The Grove. They were with a couple of guys, including the main sidekick on "Entourage." Who I guess is dating Nicole?

Andrea's comment was that Paris Hilton looked like a guy. Further proving she is just a man dressing like a woman.

The whole situation proves that if you want to see a celebrity, go to The Grove.

The list so far:

A.J. from Backstreet boys
Scott Weiland
The Hilton Sisters

Sadness

KU lost.

I can't remember a time when I have been more depressed. And that is really sad.

Attack of the Low-Fi Kids

Wow, those were some sincere people at Karaoke. The dude with the hat that had ear flaps. Wow!

We had to get out of there because they were slowly but surely forming their sincerity into a concussion blast.

On a more positive note, we are clearly now a favorite of the DJ and the staff. The DJ asked me about Trumbo before he got there, and when I shook his hand to say goodbye he seemed genuinely disappointed that we were leaving. Good crowd tonight too. We took up two tables. It's good to know that we are well on our way to taking over our second Karaoke bar. Now if we could only get Jeff and Frank to sing "My Soul and My Heart's Inspiration."

Hot

So, I am not sorry to admit that I love Gilmore Girls. This show is awesome. Very rarely has a show been able to capture the great use of language quite like this one. Of course, there is Buffy and Angel, but they stand on their own. The one thing missing from the show, is the sense of greater purpose that shows like Buffy and Angel hold, as they tend to take on a higher sense of urgency in the stories they tell. Even still, the simple story of a woman and her teenage daughter is pretty enthralling.

That being said, the whole point of this post is how hot Alexis Bledel was when she was dressed up as Go-Go from Kill Bill in last night's episode. WOW! There was a party on the show, and the theme was Quentin Tarantino, hence the Go-Go. Man was that hot. And, besides not being Asian, she was a dead ringer. Also impressive, was the lenghts to which the show went to have all the characters present. I saw at least three versions of The Bride, a Marsellous(sp?) Wallace and I'm pretty sure I caught a glimpse of the Gimp in the background. Classic!

Anyway, I guess my ultimate point is that if you don't watch this show, you should, 'cause it's good.

My Own Bloomket

So, there I was, enjoying the atmosphere of a new restaurant, when I look to my right, and not more than ten feet away from me is Orlando Bloom. Man, he is HOT! I know a lot of people don't like facial hair, but he pulls it off. The best part of dining at the same restaurant as him was when I was using the restroom, someone tried to get in. When I opened the door, I saw Orlando, walking away in clear frustration that I was in his way. So far, this is the best celebrity sighting for me. A close second being Scott Weiland.

Also, Hollywood stars really do like slutty blondes.
