Best Tagline Ever

"No graphing! Just Science!"

This needs to be a tagline now!

All credit go to Duncan and Ambrosia on this one, I just came up with the idea to have it be a tagline.

Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Goodnight

I love "The Truman Show." Love it. Everytime I watch this movie, I catch something new. The world that Andrew Niccol and Peter Weir created is absolutely amazing. I'm slowly coming to realize that if you create a fun and interesting world within your film, you've got me 75% of the way to loving your movie. Truman's extra 25% comes from the story and the acting. Carrey got robbed. And I will go to my grave thinking that. Also, I've never noticed it before, but Linney really holds her own. I guess I was just too enthralled by Carrey before, but she is awesome. And I always love me some Ed Harris. Also, I totally forgot Peter Krause was in the movie.

If you haven't seen it yet, rent it. Or borrow it from me.

One Less Color That You Have to Get the Rights To

So Nextel and Sprint are officially merged. They aren't operating as one company yet, but they are one company in name. This doesn't mean a whole lot yet. Hell, they haven't really told us much, and what they have told us, I can't talk about here, 'cuz I'd be fired. What it does mean is that the famous Sprint red is no longer in existance. Did you know that color was register as being called Sprint Red? The useless shit you learn.

At Least I'm Not a Golf Fanatic

Well, say goodbye to TEE 546 and say hello to 5PAS112. That's, Frank's car is now the only small, silver car in LA county with Kansas plates. It was a little sad, I must say. Seeing how I've never had anything but Kansas plates. But hey, now I can say I'm a ture California driver.

P.S. Here is a list of some of the other titles I thought of for this post:

"It could be worse, it could be MATSCAR."

"Am I from Tennesse?" - The lady asked me what the abbreviation from Tennesse was, somehow thinking I was from Tennesse.

"On the 5, just pas' the 112." - This is how I'm remembering my new number.

Six Degrees of Entertainment Weekly

So not only is my friend Amy Adams written up in an article about her performance in Junebug, but there's also a review of fellow Pembroke Hill alum Whitney Terrell's new book. I'm totally almost famous.
