One Less Color That You Have to Get the Rights To

So Nextel and Sprint are officially merged. They aren't operating as one company yet, but they are one company in name. This doesn't mean a whole lot yet. Hell, they haven't really told us much, and what they have told us, I can't talk about here, 'cuz I'd be fired. What it does mean is that the famous Sprint red is no longer in existance. Did you know that color was register as being called Sprint Red? The useless shit you learn.

i'm ashamed that i can't remember the pantone reference for sprint red any more - which is weird, 'cause all i did for 3 weeks of my first adland job was double-check it on press ads
